Detailed Study for the Intervention Area AI-10
A few days ago, we presented before the Ourense Council the Detailed Study for the Intervention Area AI-10 model, included in the Special Protection Plan for the Good of Cultural Interest with the category of historic site in the complex of thermal fountains in the Burgas and their delimited setting.
This detailed study is based on a thermal, hotel and assistance logic in the inquiry to get the first thermal centre in town and, that way, achieve the primary endpoints of the Special Plan and PET.OU.
This model will be exhibited in the General Plan of Municipal Planning of the Ourense Council.
