Study aiming the valuation of National Institute of COLONISATION actions in Cospeito and Castro de Rei, in Lugo:III:MATODOSO 1959/62, I:ESPIÑEIRA 1966 and II:ARNEIRO/VEIGA de PUMAR 67/68, affecting 3,000 ha/7,410 acres, 378 houses, 189 families and three urban centres, with different equipment, roads and irrigation systems. It outlines sustainable rural development proposals to take action on different areas: memory, hydroenvironment, infrastructures, Sonne (communication antennas), agricultural education, housing, machinery park, colonisation centre, rural space tourism, planning and action programme.
