Quintáns Country House Restoration (1,5% Cultural, Ministry of Development)
In 2017 Crecente Asociados prepared the necessary technical documentation for the request, by the Sanxenxo City Council, for the inclusion of the Pazo de Quintáns (Quintáns Country House) restoration project in the 1.5% cultural programme of the Ministry of Development.
Recently the resolution has been known, being Quintáns Country House one of the selected projects. The path for the recovery of the Country House begins, at the moment in serious process of material and structural deterioration as a consequence of the prolonged abandonment.
The restoration will allow to create the cultural landscape of A Lanzada museum, in which the patrimonial and cultural wealth of the old jurisdiction will be presented, from the findings of the archaeological site of the Lanzada, combined with a Dynamization Programme of the diverse patrimonies that make up this cultural landscape, with the population and local social fabric participation.
