Description: We present a paper that reflects our studies on maritime heritage in the coast of Galicia and the opportunities related to the refurbishing of these derelict resources, based on thermal tourism.
This is one of the articles integrating our doctoral degree thesis, that analyses the relationship among Architecture, Heritage and Tourism, and defines a model to improve these relationships and a synthetic proposal named Talasogalicia.
The paper was accepted by the magazine “Paisaje y Planificación Urbana” (Vol.104, number 1, January 2012) published by Elsevier Group, with the co-editors Wei-Ning Xiang and Gobster Pablo, and here is the manuscript draft.
