Description:
The project outlines the restoration of the existing building, keeping the formal composition related to façade, volume, and materials. We used the original building, reconverting the first residential floor to hotel rooms and we prepared the ground floor for collective uses: event rooms and a dining room. In the former servants' pavilion, an "AquisCelenis" thermal club is proposed as a wellness center, with a new wooden covering according to place and use. The apartments were turned into hotel rooms, and the landscaped area was redone.
