Meeting Creative Europe

On 23th May three representatives of the Scientific Committee of the European Thermal Towns Associations-EHTTA, held a meeting in Brussels with Mr. Gerald Colleaux, responsible for the European Heritage Label, and Classical music, and Lorena Aldana EYCH18 inside the Creative Europe Program.

After an introduction of Mr. Paul Simons, President of the Scientific Committee, about EHTTA and the complexity of the thermal heritage, Mario Crecente introduced the idea and objectives of the Thermal Heritage of Europe Atlas, presented the cases of study of Mondariz Balneario, Caldas da Rainha and Bath and discussed the different steps in developing the project.

The Scientific Committee was congratulated for Atlas project, and it was advised about specific funding streams that could be suitable for the Atlas. All the collected information is now being studied in depth in order to define possible strategies for the future development of Atlas.
