Online roundtable "Ribeira Sacra, from the cultural landscape to the tourism resource"
As part of its training program, Turismo de Galicia organizes the online roundtable "Ribeira Sacra, from the cultural landscape to the tourism resource", divided into two sessions. The first was held on May 26 under the title "Sharing the Nomination to the World Heritage List" and served to present the values of the Ribeira Sacra cultural landscape, including a reflection on the importance of effective conservation and management, to finish with a reference to the tourist use of cultural landscape, by Mario Crecente.
During the session on the 26th, it was also presented the digital version of the Nomination for the UNESCO World Heritage List. It summarizes the reasons that motivate the candidacy through a journey through the history of this cultural landscape and its exceptional universal value, accompanied by images, maps and audiovisual material. On June 30 the second session of the online roundtable will take place, under the specific title "Proposals for sustainable management".
