Project for the rehabilitation of a house in the Community of Madrid
This project aims to recover a courtyard-building located in a historic centre of the Community of Madrid. The house is currently articulated around a courtyard that supports several related but not connected volumes.
The main idea is to give a sense of unity to the patio while favoring the integration and use of all buildings.
The proposal, located in an area of patrimonial protection, respects the existing architectural values while responding to the new demands of its inhabitants.
