Tourism Sustainability Plan "Condado Paradanta Enogastronomic Destination"
At the request of the GDR Condado Paradanta, Crecente Asociados prepared the proposal for the Tourism Sustainability Plan "Condado Paradanta Enogastronomic Destination" for the municipalities of A Cañiza, Arbo, As Neves, Covelo, Crecente, Mondariz, Mondariz-Balneario, Ponteareas , Salceda de Caselas and Salvaterra de Miño.
This initiative was endowed with 1.5 million euros within the Territorial Enogastronomy Plan of Galicia promoted by the Xunta de Galicia under the protection of the Next Generation Funds, recently approved at the Tourism Sector Conference.
An exhaustive documentation, territorial analysis and participation work was the basis for the development of this proposal that will make food and wine tourism the driving element of the Condado-Paradanta destination, betting on the sustainable connection of resources and experiences and strengthening public-private collaboration. The aim is to configure the tourist identity of the destination through gastronomy and its related landscapes, cultural heritage and traditions.
