Tourism for Everyone in Alto Tâmega

On 20th June, Mario Crecente took part in the seminar "Tourism for Everyone in the High Tâmega: New Challenges", held in Châves (Vidago Palace) and Vila Pouca de Aguiar (Piedras Saladas, Spa & Nature Park), within the framework of an initiative organised by EHATB - Hydroelectric Projects of Alto Tâmega and Barroso, EIM, SANA.

The symposium, whose aim was to analyse inclusive and accessible tourism, was attended by national and international speakers. During the two days that lasted the meeting, there were discussed several points, such us the particularities of Alto Tâmega, inclusive tourism, accessibility in the offer, thermalism, nature tourism, and market opportunities and internationalization.

Mario Crecente identified some examples of good practices in Galicia and provided an overview of actions that vindicate heritage appreciation, new constructions and planning; all of them carried out by Crecente Asociados, which focus on sustainability, accessibility and landscape integration.
