Article presenting the case of Colonisation Towns in "Terra Chá", a plain in the province of Lugo, built by the National Institute of Colonisation and later, managed by the National Institute of Agrarian Development and Reform. Their architectural, patrimony, natural and agricultural values are analysed and proposals are presented in an investigation project on them.
