Description:
The aim of this works is renovation of the facilities of many sports clubs related to the sea. The proposal seeks a global understanding of the plot and the relation to its setting, characterised by its exceptional environmental and heritage features. The complex is organised in three main areas: nautical, heritage and entertainment. Its starting point is increasing the value of the dry dock and the dockyard, thus integrating the existing sea heritage with ocean sports in the city of Ferrol.
